After 7 years living here I got a new front door and new inside windows throughout the whole house. I am hoping to be living alone by January 2010. Work is busy and I love it!

I am still having a hard time sleeping at night (since right around the time nana got sick). It's almost 3am. I dozed off close to 1am in James arms (where I always feel safe and warm) but woke up minutes later (as he is sleeping) in a fearful panic state. Two hours later I decided to get out of the bed and try to at least read or write. I hate the power of anxiety or shall I saw insomnia.

I have a terrible cold. Nana is not doing well in the hospital. She has gotten worse and it's 7 days. My aunt Lori said she was so out of it tonight she didn't even talk. Her heart is giving up. I can hardly breathe myself. I hate what's ahead.

I love Thursdays oh wait it's Wednesday. I am hating today, anyways. Nana is in the hospital she has been weak and falling asleep a lot. Her memory is really bad now a days also. She is 82. I have been seeing pop pop in my dreams a lot lately. I just hope wherever everyone is alive or dead they are filled with hope and happines. The days are getting harder and shorter. It's dark out by 8pm. I am told I am loved but I hardly believe that.

Taking in all the glories of God which surround us! Leaves changing colors, cool air in the early morning, the smell of burgers on the grill, funnel cakes and milkshakes, Ice on the trees, Orange/Purple sunsets over the mountains, the sight of our breath, frost on our windows, warm woolen scarves & mittens, silly snow hats, steamy hot chocolate & warm fires & fuzzy socks, the brisk breeze & cold winds...WE ARE ALIVE! Ice skates on frozen ponds & snowboards and the fantastic view from the top of a mountain when I first went skiing and got scared and never came down haha, watching snowflakes, each uniquely created, just like us. Soon.

It is very easy to find love and cuddle and spoon but in this life I think one has to be really really lucky to have found someone who will always stick up for them, be by their side, love them despite of their bad hair days or moodiness. There are real men out there who care and are sweet all the time. There are real men out there who will take out the trash without you asking them to, who would fix the broken toilet without complaining and cut the grass when it gets long. There are men who will work hard through out the day and take their shoes off at the door when they get home and still rub your back before bed without asking for sex.
I think some women and close friends of mine are some of the luckiest people I know because they have found "true love" and the "right" one for them. Some people in life are very lonely and alone. While others have someone yet still have never experienced real love. They just think it is love because they aren't alone. But as I grew older I realized that love like that is not ever going to last because it isn't a love like the way you can love your family and self unconditionally. It is leaning on someone because you are darn afraid of not surviving on your own or just don't know how to handle change or maybe that you just love to help and fix others and your codependency has attacked your soul that you have become an addict of your own needs as well as your own enemy. God Bless all of you who have "real" love. Be grateful.

| Spring Hello |

In the past month I have completed the "Parent/Child Home Program", bought a new car Saturn VUE SUV, put mulch down, planted and watched new grass grow in the back yard, and am finishing remodeling my bathroom (ripped out the floor, replaced a sub floor and put brand new tiles down)
I have also spent a great amount of time with both my nephews and neices.
And shared some wonderful banana splits with my boyfriend and my family on different occasions.

I planted and did yard work all day today it was fun.. Afterwards while having my neice and nephew we went to my dads where we hung outdoors enjoying this spring weather without an allergy attack due to my claritin-D. Woot.
My neice is adorable isn't she?

Grilling tonight. Had a great weekend. James and I had my niece and we went to a lot of playgrounds with pop pop Joe. I miss her already but as soon as I am done with work (I am off for the summer) I will have her again.
We made it to Boulder field at Hickory Run State Park and had a picnic over the weekend right in front of the lake. It was wonderful.
The heat is not my favorite part of all of this but the sun really makes the days merrier. My allergy shot I had last month disappointed me because last night and this morning I had allergy attacks and had to take my Claritin D pills. Carpenter bees are impossible to get get rid of. Any suggestions? There are groups of 10 of them flying in my wonderful back yard.

I cried watching the last episode of ER tonight. I love/ed that show sooo much. I don't watch much t.v. at all but that show is one I have always tried not to miss weekly. I am hoping to someday be able to afford to own every episode on DVD. I was checking them out at Best Buy and they were out of my budget now for entertainment expenses.. I wish my family knew how much I enjoyed that show because they never know what to buy me for birthdays and christmas.

This Sunday for my birthday I plan to check out Coopers Seafood and Steakhouse (in Scranton) I hear you buy a meal and the birthday gal (yup that would be me on Sunday) gets free lobster. If anyone would like to join me RSVP by Thursday. Afterwards my friend Becky is having her first roller derby bout for the season at 7pm in Wilkesbarre so if anyone wants to go there afterwards, also let me know.

My birthday is really close. Not that it matters when you are old or that many people remember. And yes, I will be 34 years old. But I would like to go somewhere away from here for my day, this year. Even a weekend getaway would be nice at this point.
I am not sure where yet though. I know a few places that are forbidden or just the past that aren't allowed. Heck, I am not allowed to do much these days. But I will still hope for a "good day" on April 5th 2009.

Ick. Well today my mom bought the strongest acid for our drains here. It backfired causing a mess in the kitchen sink and well the plumbers will return once again to try to locate the trap in this house and then and if they find it this time there will be digging literally through my kitchen and living room inside my house.
The smell has made me completely nausua and the stress has made me really tired.

How do you get a 4 year old child to go to bed when it is nearly 1am and you have read to her, fed her, rubbed her back, talked to her, watched Spongebob and gave her 4 straight hours of running around at a DiscoveryZone/Playplace?
